1. How do I invite my family members to join my household?

A Household is the root unit of collaboration in the app. To invite others, simply generate a unique Invite Code from the Household Management screen. Your family members can then enter this code during their onboarding flow to join your household. Note that these codes have an expiration time for security.

2. Can I use the app while walking my cat in an area with no signal?

Yes. Cat Care is built with an Offline-First philosophy. You have full functionality without the internet, as data is saved to your local cache first. The app will automatically sync your updates to the cloud and other family members as soon as you are back online.

3. How does the AI-Assisted Logging work?

We use Google Gemini AI to make pet care easier. When you upload a photo (such as cat food or medical supplies), the AI analyzes the image to suggest the correct Event Type and generates a Title or Description for you. It can also help identify your cat's breed when setting up a new profile.

4. What are the benefits of the Pro Tier?

• Free Tier: Includes a 1-cat limit, basic household features, and limited AI usage.
• Pro Tier: Unlocks support for multiple cats, advanced collaborative roles, and unlimited AI-assisted features.
